Directly monitor and supervise Data and Quality Assurance Units. Maintain internal database and ensure accuracy of external systems through monthly reconciliation process. Monitor monthly file to systems reconciliation process and review outcomes to identify any corrective action steps needed. Assist Center Director in the development, implementation and revision of EARN policies and procedures. Conduct regular file maintenance checks to ensure daily auditing procedures are in place. Work closely with the Employment Services Manager to ensure quality services regarding job candidate enrollment, activity changes and time and attendance tracking. Review both internal and external Data Reports to identify needs and take necessary actions to ensure data entered is correct and up to date. Screen, interview, and recommend potential candidates for EARN staff vacancies. Conduct regular staff evaluations and submit monthly probationary reports for new employees for the first 30, 60 and 90 days; and yearly reports for regular employees with disciplinary recommendations as needed. Research best practices in order to develop and/or update appropriate quality assurance measures. Serve as an integral member of the Workforce Development’s Managerial staff; actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings. Remain current on BETP master guidelines as it relates to EARN programs by attending appropriate internal and external meetings/conferences. Provide other programmatic support as needed.
