Working Women of Tampa Bay recently had Tami Evans grace our stage for our 2022 Kick Off Lunch. Tami was everything we had hoped in a keynote speaker: witty, warm and full of positive messages for our crowd of nearly 300. I highly recommend her for any speaking engagement but especially one with an audience of women!

The Virtual Lunch & Learn event we did with Tami was engaging and entertaining! Our team loved Tami's creativity and fun way to deliver important lessons around positive leadership, gratitude and resilience. Thanks you Tami for working with Ocaquatics Swim School!

As Motivated Professionals facing the challenges of a new economic landscape, we often want to know how to get unstuck, so we can live a happy, healthy, successful and meaningful professional and personal life. When looking for that answer, we tend to focus on ticking off a long list of tasks that require us to master an endless series of skills in stress-filled solitude, rather than mining for resources and solutions within our reach, and utilizing the lived experience of others… Show more As Motivated Professionals facing the challenges of a new economic landscape, we often want to know how to get unstuck, so we can live a happy, healthy, successful and meaningful professional and personal life. When looking for that answer, we tend to focus on ticking off a long list of tasks that require us to master an endless series of skills in stress-filled solitude, rather than mining for resources and solutions within our reach, and utilizing the lived experience of others in our community. We focus on fear, imposter syndrome, blocks, and imbalance, rather than on creativity, strategic risk taking, potential, and celebration. At Up, we believe it helps individuals to be connected in order to succeed on their own. Even when a group has highly unique needs, all involved are elevated by the practice of sharing, supporting, and emboldening each other. Which not only helps us solve seemly overwhelming obstacles, it also builds a core group of like-minded professionals for support and accountability. In other words… We need to be grounded in order to fly. You’ve got this. We’ve got you. Come on Up!
