Tami joined my team shortly before the Covid lockdown and has been part of a small task force that has worked continually throughout this challenging period. Despite being new to to the RFU and operating in an unfamiliar role she has proven to be a highly skilled and dependable member of our team. She has shown resilience, good humour and adaptability. She has taken on tasks not normally expected of her role and has demonstrated great flexibility, innovation and creativity. I wholeheartedly recommend Tami to any future employer or manager, within or external to the RFU. Thanks Tami, you’re a star.

I am responsible for the day-to-day running of a team of nurses that administer the flu, HPV, DTP and meningitis vaccinations to pupils who attend schools in Hertfordshire. I have to be thorough in my preparations as duties include collecting the correct amount of vaccines and nurses equipment every morning, triaging consent forms, completing risk assessments of venues and then strategically co-ordinating the daily organisation to meet the needs of my team, the school and their pupils in line with all covid regulations. I enjoy the challenge of solving problems and am able think quickly and can adapt to situations calmly and efficiently. I am empathetic and reassure those who are anxious and need extra attention. I am able to think ahead of any possible problems that may arise and plan accordingly. My polite and efficient manner in how I deal with customers has been documented. Show less
