With hundreds of critical processes involved in each department I work Hand in hand with my department managers to ensure processes are efficient and effective. I am constantly working hand in hand with our Technology team to improve systems to best support our operations and service our clients. Increasing productivity and streamlining processes, along with providing the highest quality service to our clients is our main focus.
