  ✓ Designed and organized all editorial and advertising copy for 3 monthly i-technology publications: Java Developer’s Journal, LinuxWorld Magazine, WebSphere Journal and PowerBuilder Developer's Journal. ✓ Managed all aspects of the publication from the print version to the final web-based format. ✓ Designed 3-4 feature graphics, as well as cover, advertorials, charts, diagrams, and article layouts. ✓ In-house ad production, collected files for output, checked press proofs and bluelines monthly. ✓ Executed print jobs for high profile corporate clients such as IBM, Novell, and Oracle Corporation to name a few. ✓ Produced media kits for the advertising team, provided quality assurance for the advertisers, and acted as a liaison for the printer to ensure a pleasing outcome. ✓ Coordinated with both the events and advertising departments to produce conference materials: brochures, ads, floor plans, signs and banners.
