POSITION OBJECTIVETo prepare & control the bill of quantities and cost estimate of construction activities for ECG projects from the Proposal Phase up to the Start-up Phase.Job description* Prepares the preliminary cost estimates for the project's cost during the Proposal Phase as requested by the Proposal Manager.* Prepares the preliminary cost estimates for the project during the Bases of Design (BOD) Phase, if requested, based on the released design and outline specifications. Presents/discusses these preliminary cost estimates with the Project Manager/Engineer for review before submitting to the Client.
