  I oversee day-to-day operations, ensure that the consumers ISP are followed according to the state regulation guidelines. In addition, manage multiple direct care staff to ensure the consumer receives exceptional care at all times. Provided assistance in money management, activities of daily living, transportation to medical appointments , plan activities to encourage independency , passing medications as scheduled and meal planning. I also provided on the job training to new employees, adhere to all policies and procedures , performed staff evaluations , assisted office management with clerical duties ( faxing, scanning, filing important documents , shredding papers and making copies) .
