I worked with Tamas for one year at Ledgy. He joined only slightly after I did and was eager from the beginning to make everything at Ledgy the best it could be. He was always ready to learn, to help out wherever needed and approached tasks in an analytical way. For me, what had the most impact during my time working with Tamas, was how he never failed to speak his mind, but at the same time, never failed to encourage others to do the same and listened carefully, especially in situations where it could be a point of view that differed from his own. This helped me tremendously in my own work and I’m sure it will continue to do so later on in my career. It helped me more deeply understand the value of my own voice and that of others while providing the space and courage to do so. Tamas was a key employee in handling two Fronts: 1. Operations, as regards to all the financials and day-to-day aspects, and 2. People, as regards to the well being of the employees, managing the hiring process, and collaborate on the strategy for the next year hiring plan Tamas distinguished himself as a helpful team member, pushing himself to be proactive and take initiatives that would help the company as a whole. We also organized some events at Ledgy which had to do with topics that would educate our colleagues on Financial topics, where he was an active contributor / organizer.
