I worked for Tamas for 7 years and can say truly he is one of the finest people I have ever worked with. Tamas has a personal integrity that informs every aspect of his work and that includes management of staff. As a manager he is more of a leader in that he allows those that work with/for him to do the job they were hired to do with little interference. As a leader with integrity he constantly strives to do the right thing even when do the right thing is the hard thing. He goes out of his way to look out for those that work for/with him. An example of this was him insisting my job role be re-evaluated so I could get a pay rise. He fosters loyalty in those around him by showing loyalty to them. Over 12 months after leaving working with him I still call on him for advise from time to time and that advice is always useful. I would work with Tamas again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to any employer.

CRS system was due to be implemented in August, unfortunately the preparation side was not ready, and therefore they were not able to implement the new system. My task was to originally deal with the issues that would have presented themselves when CRS was first implemented, but after the delay in the system implementation date, I was involved in writing workflows for CRS and training the hospital staff to help them once the hospital was ready for the new system.
