Outcome: Fast-tracked project tasks reducing 3 months off project schedule resulting in a decrease budget of $3M. •Project manager for multimillion-dollar Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital telecommunications infrastructure projects. Responsible for gathering requirements, initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closing. •Implemented hospitals, pharmacy, emergency room and clinics technology.
