  Responsible for growing and sustaining Chamber membership along with the membership benefits, services and programs of the Chamber. Also responsible, in coordination with CEO, Board of Directors, and staff, for identifying the Chamber and business community needs and for preparing short-term goals in conjunction with long-term goals. Develops and implements sales and retention strategies. Charged with the rollout for all funding efforts including Chamber member dues, non-dues revenue from events and programs, and sponsorships. Designs and markets Chamber sponsorship programs. Represents the Chamber at business and community events to network and build relationships. Grow Chamber membership to a level that will ensure necessary income for the operation of programs and future growth. Extensive knowledge of community issues and government relations. Well connected across the Muskegon Lakeshore and Michigan; passionate about growing the vibrancy and economic prosperity of the business community.
