A follow up is done to ensure documents are received timely. • Provided probate research assistance to the Land and Title Records Office (LTRO) at the Midwest Regional Office. In doing so, underwent training in programs such as Clear and BIA Ancestry Library to inquire decedent family history to complete probate packages before being sent to OHA for a hearing. • Selected as a Trainer to assist in testing profiles and the various process within the new InnoTrust to become familiar with the system and to train staff on how to use the system. • Analyzes and evaluates the current TFAS to the new InnoTrust accounting system to determine how processes will work in the new system. In doing so, draft procedures for various processes are written. • Assisted in the training of the Office of Hearing and Appeals’ staff on how our probate batch processes are performed in the Branch of Probate. • Provides technical assistance to co-workers with probate questions or other questions related to completing an estate distribution for processing.
