I really enjoyed my time working with Tam and I have learned so much from her. We’ve worked on a couple of projects together, with her as the project manager/scrum leader and me, as one of the developers on her team. Tam does a really great job of bringing everyone together and creating a team dynamic that encourages open communication, collaboration, and transparency. This foundation makes it easier to stay organized, meet client expectations/timelines, and handle any scope changes that may occur. The dedication, warmth, and enthusiasm she brings to the project and brings out in those she works with, makes her a great person to work with and is something I admire about her.

Tam is the most compassionate, caring, and dedicated Project Manager you could ask for – she's absolutely excellent at her job and brings unmatched enthusiasm and focus to get you through the hardest of times!! She thoroughly looks out for her teammates, brings clarity to every project, and helps everyone stay accountable and communicating the entire time. As a Designer at a Consulting Agency, I was deeply appreciative of Tam every time she brought me in to help scope, timeline, and manage our work. She made sure that my voice was heard and my needs were taken care of, and openly collaborated with me and our Clients to ensure a win-win scenario. We were constantly under extremely tight deadlines with huge task lists, and her ability to keep up calm, aligned, and focused was invaluable. She is dedicated to doing a GREAT job, and always brings the right attitude. It was an honest pleasure working with Tam!!
