Tamara and I worked together for many years. Whilst at Tritech her roles included being the lead Business Analyst for the installation of new TRIPP finance software implementations as well as for major change requests from existing clients. After requirement gathering she then project managed, as well as co-provided, the configuration of the software and client training. At the same time her other main role was as support manager including providing on-going training and ad hoc configuration changes. She also liaised with senior personnel, up to Managing Director level, for all major clients. We continued to work together at Cassiopae where she became the Project Manager/Business Analyst on a number of Cassiopae finance software implementations and continued to also fulfil the role of support manager overseeing upwards of 40 clients running TRIPP, Finlex and Cassiopae. The clients provided a broad range of asset finance offerings. The clients ranged from small tier 4 finance brokerages up to major tier 2 finance houses. These roles required an in-depth knowledge of asset finance, general ledger accounting and detailed understanding of the software application. After the move to Cassiopae she was able to very quickly understand the Finlex and Cassiopae applications. Tamara was always very dedicated to her job, putting in the extra hours as and when need. She was a well-liked member of any team that she worked with. It was both enjoyable and a pleasure to work with her for many years. Throughout our time working together Tamara’s business knowledge and client focused skill sets acted as a perfect foil to my technical and development skills.
