Creating pathways for transferring students. Phi Theta Kappa Advisor for honor students in two year colleges. Includes holding meetings with students and organizing club events. Yearly Induction Ceremony for new members. Responsible for seven courses each semester - building courses using Moodle and Canvas, grading for up to a possible 175 students per semester, tutoring, mentoring, teaching online and seated courses.
