  Support strategic planning for all translation projects. Supervise work conducted by vendors and contractors. Assist in troubleshooting any issues during a translation project. Work with multiple teams to approve efficient project plans before a project’s kickoff. Create and implement best practices and quality assurance reviews for print/digital content (including alternative text). Use SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, and other document management sites. Evaluate translation project requests to determine whether projects can be completed in-house or need to be outsourced. Support new and existing employees on current and future initiatives, workflows, and technologies.
