I have worked with Tamara in different capacities over the years, most closely while she was a Brand Ambassador at Organic India. I have known Tamara for at least 10 years, working with her every Memorial Day weekend at a major music festival and communicating with her throughout the year. Tamara is in charge of supply for the entire festival, but that hardly covers what she does. She is supply master, traffic cop, information booth, mediator, counselor, security guard. Tamara is highly organized. She orders and tracks all supplies for all areas of the festival. It is a huge job and she does it with grace, calm and knowledge. But she is also a touchstone for other staff. They rely on her not only for knowing where everything is that they need, but also for general assistance, good counsel, and many times a calming and listening shoulder. She is also a problem solver, coming up with solutions to different and, many times, unusual problems that occur during the festival.
