Help with preparing the questionnaires for EFSA’s ongoing EU Menu project which aims to provide standardized information on what people eat in all countries and regions across the EU. We formulated the questionnaires for Slovenian infants/mother pairs aged 3, 6, 9 and 11 months and Slovenian toddlers aged 1 to 3 years old. The project will allow more accurate exposure assessment and support risk managers in their decision-making on food safety. Working on a project Novi tehnološki ukrepi za pridelavo sadja brez uporabe zaščitnih sredstev (project leader: prof. dr. Janez Hribar) The research was conducted because of the impacts of pesticides on human health and environmental dictate on increasing tendency towards organic food. The aim of the research was to apply biological control, physical methods, and storage technology to reduce the use of pesticides and to postpone the senescence of the fruit.
