      During the COVID-19 pandemic and whilst on furlough, I was keen to keep busy and help in any way I could. I took part in the UK Ventilator Challenge, which consisted of providing 12,500 emergency ventilators to the NHS as quickly as possible. We were assembling the ventilators on our production line, performing quality checks and packaging them, averaging 250 per day on a 7 day week operation.
