I had the privilege of working alongside Talisa at Topco for over 3 years. We both coordinated packaging project and were people managers. Talisa is detail oriented beyond belief. She’s able to spot little things and work with the correct party to correct. While she was a people manager I admired her ability to think outside the box. Talisa was thrown constant urgent timelines and obstacles to which she always was able to deliver and overcome.

I had the absolute privilege to work with and help train Talisa on a large scope of projects at Topco Associates LLC. From day one, Talisa was well organized, thorough in her questions, and adaptive with her approach. I can easily say these qualities made her one of the very best project managers on the team. Talisa took on many projects at various stages in a complicated process, and ensured they were completed accurately and on time. Talisa was responsible for handling kickoff meetings, solving budget disputes, and choregraphing a litany of detailed information at the same time. Because of the multitude of complex decision-making skills Talisa has encountered, she has developed a wealth of knowledge in both packaging design and leadership roles. Talisa was a great employee who always wanted to help her coworkers and would offer support with any work-related issues one may have encountered.
