Head Basketball Coach of the Level 3 (C) Basketball team. Responsible for all Head Coaching duties. Team development and structure with individual training and development as well. Practice planning and In-game organization and leadership. Scheduled all team practices entirely and led the team in on and off-court workouts. Primarily used "Chin", the Princeton offense, as the main offensive set for the team. Gained experience with this offense and others like it. Gained experience with game film analysis and breakdown on Hudl. Lead communicator with parents and other Valor staff in regards to any C Team-related topics or concerns. Accolades: Finished with 9-3 record (program best in 2021). Biggest win was against Regis Jesuit’s Sophomore team. Show less
