  I have been obtaining freelance gigs through different channels and have worked on many projects including some of the below: Identified results of the hypothesis if the board characteristics had any impact on the Price to Book value of a real estate company in the UK. Collected, wrangled, and trained 15 years of data for over 50 companies. Obtained R-Squared of 78% through feature engineering (data normalization, checking for zero-variance variables, or linear-combinations to prevent multicollinearity). Used Linear Regression, Ridge Regression, Lasso Regression, XGBoost, Neural Nets, and Naïve Bayes model to predict fuel efficiency of the car and compare accuracies. Work included a detailed Exploratory Analysis, Feature Engineering, and selection, model deployment, regularizing the model, performance metrics comparison and selection of the best model for prediction which was XGBoost with the error of RMSE: 0.5% Performed detailed Exploratory analysis on different projects.
