  I'm currently working at ODTÜ-GÜNAM and coordinating the outdoor test facility. In our outdoor test facility, there are module/mini-module test and PV system test platforms. Module test platforms has 24 test beds, and the PV system test units are connected to the grid. Also, the facility has weather station to measure environmental conditions and high accuracy thermopile pyranometers to measure irradiation parts (beam, diffuse, tilted total irradiation, tilted back surface irradiation and ground reflection). The PV module and systems are analyzed by using measured PV performance parameters at this facility from 2012.
