Tal was the sole process engineer in TIP, thereby, had immense responsibility and impact on our product; as project manager, she successfully led international projects, and as the head of procurement, she laid the foundations for an ERP implementation in the company. One of Tal’s remarkable traits is her ability to notice when something is going wrong. In fact, more than once, she had figured that we have made a critical mistake, insisted on her opinion and prevented a crisis.
