I worked side by side with Tal for 5 years while growing XRHealth's product organization. Tal has an amazing set of unique capabilities all wrapped up in one person. He is bot a Macro and Micro person, which is rare. He has an amazing ability to deeply understand the product and business strategy, in which direction to navigate and where we want the product/company to be in the future. This comes in parallels to a very strong detail oriented understanding of every aspect of the product and what is needed for something to succeed. Tal is a technical product guy, the kind that people come to from all around the organization to understand how something should be built or why this/that is happening. Tal is very data oriented, he built the XRHealth Data organization, infrastructure and dashboards from zero. Connected with his strong product and business understanding this makes him a valuable asset for analyzing performance and defining where the company needs to go on any level. All of this comes with a very humble attitude, a "no bu****it" mentality and "roll up his sleeves and lets get to work" managing style.
