As an individual member of the sales staff, I contributed to a record sales figure being achieved. Our major achievement was the increase in profit by 500 % during my time as sales manager.

My responsibilities included: organizing the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event, supervising the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquet rooms and storage areas, supervising events and team members throughout service, guiding the Banquet servers in set up of tables and place settings, resolving staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently, assisting the Banquet Manager with scheduling, training and performance management, assisting and supporting the Conference Services Manager to provide excellent guest service.
