At Qualix, I moved from support into professional services in the United States before moving to Europe for Qualix. It was a privilege and honour to work with Takeshi. He put together a professional services group that was great. It was an exciting time with many financial and technical challenges that Takeshi managed well. What was the most important about the professional services group at Qualix was that if one member of the group did not know the answer to a technically challenging problem, someone else in the group did. Our customers quickly realized our expertise which of course brought repeat business. This is a credit to the group that Takeshi formed and to Takeshi himself.

TK also supports his team and will go the extra mile to find resources when needed. He is also one of the more technical managers I have worked for which is a huge plus when a manager can speak the same technical language. I would work for TK again anytime.
