I led the entire M&A process such as due diligence with outside financial and legal advisors, created financial models, negotiated the Stock Purchase Agreement with the seller, and obtained shareholders’ approval.In 2008, I led the effort to merge three subsidiary companies into MC Healthcare, making it the largest healthcare supply chain company in Japan with $2 billion in annual revenue.
