Researching for various tasks, including finding a vendor for the internal security awareness training(July 2022), for reviewing the internal security systems and structure (Dec. 2022), and etc. Deploying applications (Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Report Builder, lightshot, LogMeIn client, SonicWall NetExtender, Cisco AnyConnect, etc.) on Windows 365 VMs through Microsoft Intune. Not simply just providing technical support to end users like a regular service desk, but also working on tasks that a system engineer or IT analyst would do. Contacting an IT vendor for assigning/removing Microsoft Teams phone #s when necessary. Utilizing the Zoho desk ticketing system, with custom notification rules, triggers, etc. Creating/submitting a ticket summary report both weekly and monthly to the management team. Installing and delivering IT hardware, repairing equipment, and maintaining inventory of spares. Communicating with different departments and liaise between end-user and IT colleagues. Recognizing incidents patterns and driving root cause analysis and corrective action completion. Providing phone and hands-on support to Client employees. Troubleshooting and identifying network and server related problems. Managing the service desk shift schedules of 3 other service desk members.
