Level 5 campus for every year of testing, 2011-2019 Codified teacher development systems, using multiple layers of observation, feedback, and evaluation to assess teacher effectiveness. Implemented teacher pathway system for associate teachers to move from support positions to lead teacher roles. Established and maintained school and network partners in order to recruit and develop associate teachers.
