Client Services and Finance can often not see eye to eye but this was never the case with Taisha. She would constantly offer support and recommendations that would lead to improved project performance, accurate client communications, and faster turn-around in the sale process. She was always thinking about new ways to enhance efficiency to get to a better bottom line but would never risk the quality of deliverables or the team's happiness. She's a gritty, strategic thinker that can get the job done. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their team.

Taisha is one of the brightest and hard working individuals I know and it has been my pleasure to work along side her. She has quickly developed into a person I can rely on when projects need to get done. Even though her title does not include the term manager, I have found her abilities should be based upon her results in tight deadlines, quality of work, and inter-personal skills versus time in the workforce.
