      My major project at Vipu was to create new web pages with HubSpot CMS in order to tackle the different viewpoints of various buying personas. The project team included also international talents, so the working language was English. New pages are built on different modules instead of templates, so that makes the updating of content and the structure of every single page very easy. Vipu's service offering, clientele and target companies had evolved during the years, so it was necessary to update and create new descriptions of buyer personas. Up-to-date buying personas are the starting point of customer-centric content creation, better understanding of the customer and the efficient use of HubSpot Marketing Hub tools and CRM.My daily tasks at Vipu International included writing content to blog posts, social media, marketing automation and lead generating materials, such as downloadable ebooks and surveys. I also edited and updated many existing web pages and blog posts that performed well even they were written years ago. SEO, SEM and paid Social Media naturally were an important part of the job.Campaigns were planned in close co-operation with Sales Manager Johanna Mikkonen. As I'm also tech-savvy, generating contact lists from the CRM or Vainu and delivering email campaigns was a no-brainer. Organizing events required also designing printed brochures, flyers and roll-up posters and combining the live event sales lead gathering with HubSpot CRM with a web form. I also co-operated with Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, branding a Vipu classroom, recruited trainees, arranged our stand at the student recruitment event and ideated a customer survey. My period at Vipu also included introducing the tasks, HubSpot system and house rules to the trainees. I also worked closely with ideating and supporting trainees with their diploma works. Job at Vipu ended due to the economical status of the company caused by the spread of Covid-19 pandemia.

      Fountain Park's mission is to enhance organisations' ability to share thoughts, viewpoints and ideas in a managed and organized way. Virtual brainstorming is a method that lets every stakeholder to have a say anonymously. In the end a customer has gone thru a common process of thinking together as a company in a subject that is vitally important to them, and as a result they get a report of the most important viewpoints, ideas and recommendations of issues that need to be developed. My task at Fountain Park was to lead the process of creating a new visual identity and web pages. The starting point was how to make an intangible and innovative service more understandable. The previous visual identity was based on the idea of dreaming and visioning of a better future of a company. It's weakness for a service provider is not to be taken seriously as a great investment on management taking a major step towards a co-creative method of leadership. We tackled the challenge with informative graphics, which were used in all material on- and offline. To give concrete examples to customers, we also wrote reference case studies. Later on we carried out inbound marketing campaigns with very good results. Everything that was achieved, was done in co-operation with a team of experts of Fountain Park, my colleagues. I learned more from them they can ever imagine. My task was to lead the process of creating the company a credible brand in co-operation with an advertising agency and my colleagues, the experts in food industry. My responsibilities included to plan and execute all marketing and communications activities, such as pieces of news, blogs, newsletters, events, trade fairs, brochures, social media etc. I also worked as a part of the management and sales teams. Makery has been one of the most interesting and creative working places I've been to. This is due to the ability, willpower and speed of evolving to a service provider for food industry, and letting earlier business activites go as the focus sharpened. A Facebook group which I started during the training, is still effective and gathering more followers. This group is now run by Business Finland (formerly Tekes). TEKEL was also very active in Finnish innovation ecosystem in it's time. Tekel has disbanded it's activity in 2014.
