Lead and manage Quality activities through documented processes to ensure the compliance and the integrity of the management system e.g. (Deviations, Root Cause analysis, Change Control, Risk management, Customer complaints, validation, Qualification, problem solving, Internal & External Audits). To ensure that all personnel awareness with the established procedures, policies and other knowledge required to achieve company objectives through planned training. To ensure compliance with all customer/certification bodies requirements, Prepare and completing audits in successful manner. Conduct internal audits on regular basis to assure that all process achieves its purpose effectively & efficiently.
