   Deployed the MCSO’s First Deputy Body Camera program consisting of 98 cameras, 17 networked docking stations through five different locations while preparing and managing recorded evidence in Evidence.com’s cloud storage solution to be passed to the District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.  Migrated on Prem MDM to cloud MDM with VMWAREs workspace one which consisted of over 100 law device management as well as 80 fire device management. Will be migrated to Microsoft’s Entune MDM solution. Led the Alert Marin Public Safety Project  Worked with a team of seven to diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures while ensuring a safe and efficient workstation for 370+ county employees and approximately 300 contract agency employees from 18 different agencies. Responsible for maintaining several hundred CAD and RMS workstations including on prem and in vehicle for 18 law and fire agencies while maintaining sole responsibility for the NetMotion servers that maintain secure VPN between WWAN carrier connections.  Operator of departments mobile communications vehicle. Responsible for operating, maintaining, and updating all vehicle systems. Vehicle contains a total of twenty-eight radios, three dispatch workstations, satellite, two technician workstations, telephone system, surveillance camera, and other network equipment. Responded to callouts 24/7 to support SWAT/Hostage Negotiations Team operations.  Worked with several stake holders to complete contract negotiations and renewal of MDC support and MOU for all fire and law agencies within the county to meet the needs of the department and the partner agencies for which we provide technical services.
