United States In SimpliSolve I worked on several things as an MLOps Engineer for an advanced AI Model Deployment. Here are my individual contributions to this project called MLOps TimeSeries. 1. I used IaC(Terraform) for provisioning network components(VPC, Subnets, Internet Gateways, Security Groups, RouteTables, NACLs) for the infrastructure. 2. I provisioned the AWS TimeStream database and deployed functions on AWS Lambda to successfully insert dummy data into the DB. 3. I was the subject matter expert in the GitHub Action space. I worked with custom GHA runners in our K8s clusters and used sidecar services to achieve the fastest CI/CD pipelines. 3. I worked with webhook scaling for GHA runners. 4. I helped Engineers to migrate from legacy, and costly (Jenkins & CircleCI) build systems to Github Action. That saved us thousands of dollars every month. 5. I provisioned Services and Infrastructures in the AWS cloud using Terraform based on requirements. 6. I managed Node.js application memory in containerized environments. 7. I wrote technical docs in Confluence for other engineers. 8. I worked to secure our platform by following SOC2 standards. 9. I installed and configured Chef InSpec, Wiz controllers, sensors, and integrated other tools like Snyk, SonarQube, and AWS GuardDuty for security scans and auditing our infrastructure. 10. I built and maintained terraform modules. 11. I provisioned and destroyed EKS clusters and related components using EKS Blueprint and Terraform. 12. I configured GitOps (Flux v2 toolkit) components to provision and maintain multi-tenant clusters and services with separate granular Kustomizations. Also installed cluster services(Flux, DataDog, AES, monitoring tools, Cloudflare tunnel, etc) using GitOps to prepare the cluster for running workloads. 13. I also built custom operation scripts in Python and Node.js, helm charts, custom GitHub Actions, and CircleCI orbs. 14. I responded to levels 1-4 on calls to keep systems operational and wrote post-mortems. 15. I worked with CloudFlare technologies for air gapping, Load Balancing, CDN, firewall and secure User Access. 16. I helped my fellows.
