Legal agreements and contracts • Ensure that all relevant agreements or MoUs with partners are updated, filed and shared with the CD; • Responsible for drafting of agreements for Consultancy or Construction or MoUs. Human Resources • Manage and administer the Human Resources of all SolidarMed staff with national contracts; • Facilitate all matters related to expatriate staff in SolidarMed Lesotho (visa, residence permit, work permit); • Facilitate any disciplinary procedures and advice Line Managers in the steps to follow; • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and regulations; • Liaise with Legal Advisor to ensure adherence to legal requirements in Lesotho; • Responsible for the selection and recruitment of staff; • Take charge in the drafting of staff contracts and JDs and ensure approval of relevant PM, Technical and Operations Directors ; • Develop and maintain updated human resource records required by law and other bodies e.g. Nursing and medical council and immigration departments; Show less
