I reviewed contracts and service agreements with new suppliers and customers • Toshiba/Sharp: The project was to set up a brand-new logistics network to receive TV screens from China/Japan and JIT delivery to Toshiba Poland’s manufacturing site in Wroclaw. I run a tender process with prospective local Polish 3PLs and selected a supplier. I set up a new bonded warehouse facility with the 3PL supplier and managed the daily operation on site in Poland during a launch period of 3 months. • Suzuki: I procured and was responsible for the logistics operation of FCL, LCL, Airfreight automotive parts from Japan/China to Suzuki motors’ Esztergom plant in Hungary (in line with SDV Summit, Sumitomo’s group) all in JIT.
