Tae changed the trajectory of my life when I was in high school. I was in his SAT prep class. I attended 2 classes during the entire semester, and he sent me the following email after the classes concluded: "Great aptitude, not enough follow through. Luc needs to push himself more. He is a bright young man but he takes the easy way out sometimes. His potential seems huge. I hope he tries this class again". To this day, I still have this email in my inbox. It still drives me to challenge myself and hustle. I'm one of the many students whose lives have been changed by Tae, and I'm sure there will be many more who will say the same. He is a world-class educator, and one of the best teachers I've had the privilege of learning from.
