I worked with Tad for about a year on a very challenging project for Microsoft. I was continually impressed by his thoughtful approach to problems (both technical and organizational) and his willingness to take on any assignment no matter how big or small. I don't often use the word "unflappable", but I think it's an apt description for Tad.

Tad often shared his simulation results and presented solutions to technical challenges.
