I have had the please of working together with Tadek for more than 2 years - while his extensive experience with BSS/OSS systems was very helpful in getting our MVP product launched, his true value shone through when we decided to migrate away from our legacy systems and bring in ServiceNow. Tadek was very proactive in learning the new system and getting himself trained (and certified) so that he could quickly and efficiently design and develop the new features our customers and internal stakeholders required. He demonstrated a strong work ethic and always went above and beyond in his efforts to support the team. One of Tadek's greatest strengths was his calm and relaxed demeanor. This made him a pleasure to work with and made him a valuable member of the team. He is happy to take the lead on any topic thrown his way and is someone that can be relied on to not only get the job done, but to get it done well. Overall, I highly recommend Tadek for any role he may pursue - he is a talented, dedicated, and most of all, a very pleasant person who is sure to make a valuable contribution to any team / project where he is involved.
