I worked with Tabitha at Merchant Services, where she was the National Sales Supervisor. I was responsible for managing the Merchant Activation and Deployment teams, so we worked very closely together. Tabitha was instrumental in turning around a failing team - they were in desperate need of guidance, training, leadership, and a great deal of motivation.....and she came through! It was evident after she joined the organization that her team responded well to her and she was very invested in supporting them in their career/financial goals. Sales can be a very stressful and intense - but, Tabitha was able to effectively focus and motivate the National Sales team, which was no easy task. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with her and would love to work with her again! It's not often that you work with someone who is truly passionate about what they do - and inspires others around them to be the same.
