Last year our Annuity, Contracting and Life teams worked over 230,000 Service Requests, 140,000 case follow ups and processed 215,000 emails from our partners. We are currently sitting at just over 80% e-application adoption rates with cycle times of 21 days on the annuity side and 35 days on the life insurance side.
