  LOGISTICS Objective Currently Deputy Director for Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville – Guantanamo Bay Site directing operational support to various fleet units and shore based customers with the following product and services; Provisions, ATAC, Postal, Inventory Management, Hazmat, Personnel Property/Household Goods, and Fuel. 30 years of successful and varied Logistics, management and leadership experience with a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. A calculated and focused individual recognized for “making the difficult simple” A proven of record for: • Producing the highest performance standards while enhancing productivity during a period of shrinking budgets. • Integrating the Enterprise Resource Planning and SAP tools and programs into the Marine Corps Logistics and Storage systems. Automating 25,000 material line items into a streamlined automated control system, thus increasing the effective resource utilization rate from 50% to 90% in less than 6 months. This resulted in a cost savings of over $500 thousand. • Carrying out DON Integrated Logistics Support policies and programs onboard U.S. Navy vessels, while assigned as Technical Director of an Integrated Logistics Overhaul Team. During aggressive 36 month schedule 30 vessels were groomed in Material Allowancing, Maintenance Planning, Supply Support, Technical Data and Computer Resourcing. Took the Team from poorest performing and improved to #2 ranking in less than 24 months. • Developing and implementing highly successful strategic plans.
