It has been a pleasure to work for Tim for the past three years. He is one of the shrewdest people I have worked for, always seeing the big picture with the ability to quickly break down complex situations and work out the optimal strategy and tactics to address them. Tim is a great leader, mentor and coach and has a much wider skill set than other sales managers I have worked for, probably because his own career has spanned a range of different management disciplines and not just sales. His understanding of the sales process and how to support a highly experienced sales person like me is excellent. I always felt that I could talk through any situation with him and get useful input to help me close a deal, address a problem, or prep for a meeting. Likewise I was always happy to involve Tim in customer meetings as he would add value and we worked really well as a team together in those situations. Tim's grasp of internal politics and the relationships he forged across the wider management team were of great help in obtaining appropriate resources for larger bids and the support Tim has given me during my time at Tribal was an essential component of my success.
