I had the privilege to work with Tim for approximately 3 years at Jefferson Wells. He was our Director of Business Development, and he built up the Cincinnati clientele by almost tripling our sales and consultants on billing! Tim’s goal was always to find a solution for the client’s problem, and play matchmaker with what our client needed and with what services we had to offer. The job was not complete until the client was 100% satisfied with the project. Tim also has a great appreciation for my fellow consultants and the importance the role we played in maintaining long-term client relationships. Tim was always positive, poised and professional and a pleasure to work with! He was the consummate team player.

I had the privilege to work with Tim for over 7 years in a sales support role, while his title was Director of Business Development, it should have been Long Term Relationship Builder! Tim’s goal was always to find a solution for the client’s problem, and to match what the client needed with what services we had to offer, and in the rare occasions we couldn’t do that, he would let them know. He did not consider his job complete when the agreement signed but only when the client was pleased with the project.
