Footwear Technical Developer

Contact window between Nike and Factory. 1. As Development team: Worked closely with Nike’s representative in the factory to build up samples according to direct hand-off from NIKE. 2. As Off-shore :  In charge of the development of one model from the first draft to the mass production as a technical engineer.  Reviewed & run Tech pack with factory’s functional team and NIKE VN team once receiving it from Development to classify development’s problems.  Made all lab test report and analyst data to figure out the issues and solutions in terms of technical concerns of the shoe. Sharing manufacturing concerns with the Development team and guiding them to a manufacturable product and managed project’s budget.  Developed the optimized processes in PFC to ensure the construction of the products to meet the standard specifications.  Built SOP, BP, and guidelines to ensure a smooth transfer from commercialization to the production stage. Troubleshoot the issues on the production lines.  Handled innovation projects which give opportunities to approach new technology to drive the improvement. Achievements: successfully leaded a project to reduce the consumption of enamel and cost-saving 0.2$/pairs and got the 3rd price of Best kaizen of the Year 2018.
