She is by all means a leader who supports, listens to and sticks up for her team members. What stands out the most in working with Tania is her solution-oriented mindset. I was able to work with Tania during my time in Brodynt. Tania was one of the earliest hires and developed well in different roles as she started from purely operational and ended up managing a team involving Provisioning and Support. Tania had a unique ability to keep our team organised and on schedule.
