Jeg har haft den enorme glæde af at arbejde tæt sammen med Søren som kollega det seneste år, både med organisationsudvikling og andre ledelsesopgaver, samt på konkrete kundeprojekter. Ét af Sørens mange styrker er at skabe synergier på tværs af (kunde)relationer og projekter, hvormed der skabes win-win situationer. Han har også et skarpt øje for at tænke innovativt og se nye muligheder. Søren elsker at skabe resultater - og han er god til det.
