  I am currently developing 12 Serviced Residences projects from inception to completion, making sure we meet our budget, deadline, and the Operator (DOMITYS) brands standards. Serviced Residences are a mix of flats and common areas offering a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, wellness area, garden. As a Project Manager, my main responsibilities are : - Negotiation of contract documents and appointment of the Design Team (e.g. Chief Architect, QS, interior designer, structural and technical engineers, building control, health and safety control); - Day to day management of the design team during the initial conception; - Management of procurement and negotiation of contract documents; - Management of the contractor relationships including negotiations for claims and final account; - Travel to sites to monitor progress, change control and attend relevant site meetings; - Management of practical completion with the contractors, handover to investors and operator access date; - Management of defects; - Coordinate the operator (DOMITYS) and the third parties (e.g. Mayor, Fire Brigade, Historical Architect) through construction. Transverse mission : - Enhancement of the operator brand standards each year considering on site experience. Achievements : - Development of 8 Residences in France from conception to construction (96M€ construction cos excl tax), each residence is a mix of circa 130 flats from studio to 2 bedroom apartment and 850sqm of common areas (restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gym wellness, area, garden); - Handover and official opening of 5 Residences in France (60M€ construction cos excl tax, 650 flats, 4250sqm of common areas); - Assisting the conception of 1 Hotel CITADINES CONNECT (65keys) operated by DOMITYS; - Management of a Junior Project Manager since February 2020.
