I had the chance to cooperate with Szymon for a couple of years in STX Next. We had an opportunity to collaborate on many occasions - starting with managing the projects together (Szymon - DevOps side, myself - operational one), supporting our clients, and working within the same management team on the strategic assignments. I have always valued Szymon's positive attitude toward problem-solving. There were no problems, just challenges that we had to overcome. There was always a way to find creative, outside-of-the-box solutions. Szymon was always keen to find common ground and show a common goal, both to his colleagues and the clients. Szymon is very eager to advise and share his experience with others. I really enjoyed working with him and I am sure everyone who values teamwork above all else will be happy too!
